Discovered a new beer last night at Mac's Speed Shop. Big Boss' HIgh Roller IPA. It had a dry but not bitter
finish, medium body and was very crisp and refreshing with good balance
of malts and hops. According to their website, they used whole hops,
adding them three times to get the proper profile. Not a West Coast
style but enough hop presence for us hopheads!
