Good opportunity today to talk to Upstate Craft Beer Co principals, Jack McDonald, owner, and Chris Hardin, Brewmaster. They just need the City of Greenville to approve a final permit and construction can begin. Meanwhile, they are brewing good beers at home and are happy to share.
Today it was a Marzen and an Imperial Stout. I've had two of their other beers, a Summer Saison and a Citra Brown Ale. All were excellent beers.
